Brazilian users needed an affordable, accessible AI transcription solution that could integrate seamlessly with WhatsApp, the country's most popular messaging platform. Existing solutions were either too expensive or required complex installations that weren't suitable for the Brazilian market.

The Solution

We developed a comprehensive WhatsApp-integrated AI platform using the official WhatsApp API that automatically transcribes audio messages, generates intelligent summaries, and provides an interactive dashboard with AI chat functionality. The platform includes Stripe integration for recurring payments with monthly minute limits.

SegundaMente emerged as a more affordable and accessible alternative for Brazilians, utilizing WhatsApp's official API to integrate, listen to, and transcribe audio messages sent directly through WhatsApp. The platform automatically generates PDF summaries of transcribed audio and provides an internal dashboard where users can generate summaries, view transcriptions, and access an AI chat to ask questions about their audio content.
